Live chat is also available on the home page for assistance. Phone support is provided for customers only, our phone number is on your copy of the invoice emailed to you when you placed your order. Being Las Vegas based has provided us with great opportunity to meet new distributors and find the best products and prices for our loyal customers. Refund and Exchange Policy
At Desert Tactical we take product quality seriously. If you are not happy with your item we'll be glad to assist you in exchanging the item or refunding your money. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Contact customer service at (702) 685-7587 for an RMA number and instructions on how to return your item(s). No returns accepted without an RMA number. Certain limitation apply to apparel, magazines, and other weapon components. Obviously worn, used or altered apparel items are not eligible for refund or exchange, partial store credit for these items may be issued in lieu. Items not returned in original new condition with all original packaging materials may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact customer service for a return authorization number and return your item with its original packaging and your packing slip within 30 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange. All returns must be authorized and can be done through the website, this will assist us in getting the return item inspected and exchanging the item or issuing a refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to us. A 20% restocking fee applies on select products not returned in the original box, unused, and containing all original product packaging and accessories. Special orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 15% order cancellation fee
