Front flap has loop side Velcro for patches. Panel lifts up to reveal an accessory pocket and 3 sewn in pen slots, pull the panel down to reveal two vinyl protected ID holders. Main compartment fully opens to store full size folded maps ( Vinyl map protector included!) and secures with Velcro on both sides.
