New military hydration pack specifically designed for MOLLE tactical vests. Super tough 1000 Denier Nylon construction resists abrasions and cuts in rough environments and is covered in universal MOLLE straps for adding pouches and small packs. Cover flap has full Velcro closure to keep out dirt and debris and also has loop side Velcro panel on the outside for unit or ID patches. Back of the carrier has 4 reinforced MOLLE straps for universal mounting on tactical vests and SAPI plate carriers. System can also be worn alone as a backpack and includes 2 removable shoulder straps with fiber reinforced polymer quick release buckles and adjusters for a fast custom fit.
The MultiCam pattern was
developed by Crye Precision in co-operation with the US Army Natick
Soldier Research Center, as an experiment to determine whether a single
camouflage pattern could be effective in limiting the visual and
near-IR signature of a person across a wider range of environments and
seasons. The pattern is subtle enough to
reflect some of the surrounding colors of the environment. It takes on
an overall green appearance when under a green forest canopy and an
overall tan look when in the open desert. By adapting to varying local
lighting conditions, the pattern blends well in many environments,
elevations, seasons, weather conditions, and times of the day.
Includes a FREE 2.5 Liter hydration bladder system complete with neoprene insulated drinking tube and locking bite valve. Bladder has an easy fill valve with sure-lock cap and index tabs for easy cleaning and hang drying.
