The Daniel Defense Piston Omega Rail 7.0 is engineered to work with many gas piston systems and gas piston conversion kits. It is a free float rail system that allows the individual operator to easily install it with the provided Allen Key and requires ZERO modification to the weapon! The Piston Omega Rail™ features an integral QD sling swivel mount with rotation limiter, an uninterrupted upper rail platform, and a removable top cover for access to the piston components. The Piston Omega Rail is available with two different sized top covers to accomodate different sized piston components. The Mil Spec Model is compatible with Adams Arms, ARES and LWRC piston systems and the Large Diameter is compatible with the Bushmaster and CMMG Piston Systems. This light weight rail system is meticulously CNC machined from Aircraft Grade Aluminum and is Military Specification Type III Hard Coat Anodized. All the Omega Rail fasteners are military specification.
